Based in Dublin (Ireland), Tecpro Limited was founded in March 1982 and initially provided Test Engineering Consultancy and training to the Electronics Industry. |

Over the next two years the programming business developed and ATE Services were offered to companies in Ireland including overnight PCB test and repair,
programming on GR2275 machine, program training of engineers for multinational Companies based in Ireland, operator training on basic debug techniques, supply of test fixtures (via a UK Supplier). |

By 1984 the Incircuit business began to develop and rapidly increased over the next five years, with the Company commencing exporting of Test Engineering Services in 1986.

However, by 1990 the Incircuit business went into a major recession which prompted Tecpro to start developing a functional fixturing business. |
|
The initial semi-automated functional test fixtures provided by Tecpro to multi-nationals increased throughput by up to 300%.
The success of this development started Tecpro's move into Research and Development.

Tecpro now has a Product Development department with mechanical and electrical engineers/technicians using the latest 3D CAD modeling tools such as Pro-E, SolidWorks etc. and provides design engineering services, both to Tecpro's production and to Multinationals worldwide.
