Mechanical Design Services are provided on an individual client basis.
We work with the customer throughout the design stage ensuring the desired result is achieved.
Visualization techniques and detailed CAD Drawings are used that are easy to understand and read giving the customer a preview of what the final solution will be.
Project management tools such as Microsoft Project and our Internal MRP system ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Our design Process Flow is as follows:-
- Discuss Design Requirements
- Generate Conceptual Drawings
- Generate 3-D Animation Sequence
- Submit Concept for Approval
- Agree on Final Specification
- Finalize Drawings - Rapid Prototype
- Release Prototype for Evaluation
- Modify/Upgrade (if necessary, Re-Evaluate
- Release to Production (For Large Volumes)

3D Modelling Services are offered by Tecpro to enable the customer to visualise their product prior to production. From this ideas can be refined and other options explored before any piece part is cut or assembled.
Tecpro's engineering team utilise 3D CAD Packages such as Solid Works and ProEngineer to deliver the most efficient service to the customer.
Files can be received and transmitted between Tecpro and the customer in native format or standard exchange formats i.e. dxf, iges, gerber.
These files can be transmitted via email, zip disk, CD-RW and/or hard copy.
All models can also be animated upon request.
